Most clubs start with a short sleeve jersey and a pair of bib shorts for the main season, then add a long sleeve jersey or a windproof gilet for spring and autumn, and arm warmers, leg warmers, gloves and socks for winter. Every piece is printed from the same colour profile, so the bunch still looks like one team whatever the weather.

Heat transfer and screen print sit a layer of material on top of the fabric, and that layer cracks and lifts after repeated washing. Sublimation dyes the fibre itself: the artwork cannot peel, the fabric stays breathable, and the number of colours or logos makes no difference to the price. It is the process we use across the whole range.

Every order is built size by size — you are never forced into fixed size packs. We send a detailed size chart to circulate among your members, and your committee sends back a single summary. Free size samples are available on request so riders can try before you commit.

Yes. Your design is archived with its exact colour profile. A jersey reordered two seasons later comes out the same shade as the first batch — that is what lets you kit out new members mid-season without breaking up the look of the group.

Four to five weeks from the moment your committee approves the artwork. If you have a hard deadline — a first club run, a sportive, the start of the season — tell us when you request the quote and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.

Both. The race fit is close to the body and suits members who race. The club fit leaves more room through the chest and waist, which works better for a mixed sportive group. Both fits carry the same design and go on the same order.

Your design belongs to you. We build it from your crest and your colours, and nothing ties you to us afterwards — no exclusivity, no annual volume commitment, no renewal clause. Most clubs coming from another supplier start with a partial order before moving across completely.
