Winter riding doesn't mean wearing a different club's kit. Custom thermal cycling jerseys — fleece-backed for cold-weather warmth, sublimation-printed in your exact club design. From £43. Flexible club pricing. Free design.
Our thermal cycling jerseys use a brushed fleece-back polyester — the same technical performance fabric as the summer jerseys, but with a fleece inner layer that traps warm air and wicks moisture away from the skin. You stay warm without overheating on climbs, and the outer face is still printable in full sublimation colour.
The same design as your summer kit — same badge, same colours, same sponsor logos. Winter club kit that maintains your club's visual identity through the off-season.
Available in long-sleeve only (for obvious reasons). Option to pair with custom thermal bib tights for a complete winter kit. From £43. Flexible club pricing.

Mix summer and winter kit in the same order — one design, produced across different fabric weights. No additional design cost.
A brushed inner face. The fabric traps a thin layer of warm air against the skin while the outer face still moves moisture away, which is why a thermal jersey feels warmer than a plain long sleeve of the same thickness.
Most riders move to a Roubaix-weight jersey somewhere around ten degrees, and to a winter-weight one below about five. It varies a lot by rider and by how hard the group rides, which is why many clubs order both weights on the same design.
Yes, from the same archived colour profile, so the winter jersey is visibly the same club kit rather than a different design in similar colours.
It depends on how wet your riding is. A thermal jersey plus a windproof gilet covers most cold dry days. A softshell or windproof jacket is the better answer for persistent rain and for long descents in the cold.
