What is the fabric on the Club Polo Shirt?

100% polyester. Machine wash 30°C — print will not crack, peel or fade, because the design is applied by full dye-sublimation — colour bonded into the fibre. That is also why the number of colours or sponsor logos makes no difference to the price.

How does the Club Polo Shirt fit, and what sizes are there?

Unisex regular fit. Sizes: Unisex 2XS–4XL. Free size samples are available on request, and the order is then built size by size from one list your committee sends back — there are no fixed size packs to work around.

What is the minimum order for club casual wear?

Our pricing is flexible. The best club rate starts at 10 items across the whole order, and polos, t-shirts and hoodies count together with your riding kit. Smaller runs are quoted individually — useful for a committee-only order.

Is design included?

Yes, free and unlimited. We use the same colour profile as your riding kit so the club identity carries across everything, and revise the artwork until the committee approves it.

How long from approval to delivery?

4–5 weeks from artwork approval. If it is for a specific event or presentation night, tell us the date when you enquire.

Is this good value for sponsor visibility?

It is the best in the range. Casual club wear is worn off the bike — at events, socials, travel and in photographs — so a sponsor logo here is seen far more often than the same logo on a race jersey. Placement is included free.

Can we see a sample before ordering?

Yes, free samples to club committees on request. Useful for casual wear, where fit expectations differ more between members than they do for race kit.

Who usually orders this in a club?

Typically the committee, coaching staff and ride leaders first, then the wider membership once they see it. Because it is worn in public far more than riding kit, many clubs treat it as their main sponsor-facing item.
