How to order custom kit —
step by step.

We've made the process as simple as possible. From first contact to kit arriving at your door, here's exactly what to expect — with no surprises.

Submit Your Brief

Fill in our free quote form or email info@gearclub.co.uk with the basics: sport and kit type, approximate quantity, your club colours and logo, and your target delivery date.

We respond within 24 hours on working days with a personalised quote — no obligation, no pressure.

Design & Approve

Once you're happy with the quote, our designers produce a full-colour visual mockup of your kit — usually within 3–5 working days. You'll receive it by email and can share it with your committee or members.

We offer unlimited revisions until you're completely happy. Not one change, not five — however many it takes. Only when you sign off the artwork do we move to production.

Production

Your artwork goes to our production team. Each garment is sublimation-printed directly into the fabric — not screen printed or heat transferred. The result: colours that won't crack, peel or fade, even after 100 washes.

We use high-performance Italian polyester — moisture-wicking, UV50+, machine washable at 30°C. Each garment is cut and packed per individual rider when sizes are specified.

Every item is quality-checked by hand before it's packed.

Delivery to Your Door

Your order ships via fully tracked courier to your UK address. We notify you with tracking information as soon as it dispatches.

Typical lead time: 3–4 weeks from approved artwork. If you have a specific event deadline, tell us upfront and we'll work to it.

International delivery is available — contact us for rates.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum, ever. You can order a single jersey if that's what you need. Pricing naturally improves with volume — we'll show you tiered pricing in your quote so you can see exactly what you'd save by consolidating orders.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–4 weeks from the date you approve your artwork. If you have an event with a fixed deadline, let us know at the quote stage and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Do you offer a design service?
Yes — and it's completely free. Send us your club badge and tell us your colours, and our design team will create a full-colour visual mockup. Unlimited revisions are included at no charge.
Can each rider order their own size?
Yes. We can set up a club-specific order page where each member enters their own size and pays directly. This eliminates the need for a club secretary to collect individual sizes and payments.
What file format do you need for my logo?
Ideally AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS vector format, or a high-resolution PNG at 300dpi or above. If you only have a JPEG or low-res image, we can often work with it — just send what you have and we'll let you know.
Can I include sponsor logos on the kit?
Yes. Up to 3 sponsor logos are included free of charge. Additional logos may incur a small design charge depending on complexity. Placement is discussed during the design stage.
Do you offer women's specific sizing?
Yes — XS through 3XL in women's cut across most product lines. We provide a full sizing guide with your mockup so members can choose the right size confidently.
What fabrics do you use?
Italian polyester for jerseys and trisuits — moisture-wicking, UV50+, machine washable at 30°C. Bibshorts use a blend with elastane for compression and comfort. Outerwear uses windproof and water-resistant outer shells.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes — we keep all artwork on file indefinitely. Reordering is straightforward and prices are guaranteed for 12 months from original order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. We regularly deliver to Europe and further afield. Contact us for international shipping rates — we'll include them in your quote.
