What is the fabric on the Club Bib Shorts?

220gsm Lycra; HD thermoformed chamois insert. Machine wash 30°C — print will not crack, peel or fade, because the design is applied by full dye-sublimation — colour bonded into the fibre. That is also why the number of colours or sponsor logos makes no difference to the price.

How do the Club Bib Shorts fit, and what sizes are there?

Ergonomic bib construction, multi-panel. Sizes: Men 2XS–4XL · Women 6–22 · Junior available. Free size samples are available on request, and the order is then built size by size from one list your committee sends back — there are no fixed size packs to work around.

What is the minimum order for club bib shorts?

Our pricing is flexible. The best club rate applies from 10 items across your whole order, and bib shorts count together with jerseys and accessories — a club of six ordering a jersey and bib short each already qualifies. Smaller runs are quoted individually.

Is the design service really free?

Yes. Design, artwork and unlimited revisions are all included. Bib shorts are matched to your jersey from the same colour profile so the kit reads as one identity, and there are no setup fees or colour surcharges.

How long from approval to delivery?

4–5 weeks from the point your committee approves the artwork, delivered worldwide.

Can sponsors go on bib shorts as well as jerseys?

Yes, and it is under-used. The side and rear panels of a bib short carry a sponsor at eye level to anyone riding behind, which is most of a club run. Placement is included at no extra cost.

Can we see a sample before ordering?

Yes, free samples are available to club committees on request. We recommend it for bib shorts — chamois comfort is personal, and it is worth one member riding in a sample before the club commits.

How do we handle sizing across a mixed club?

Men's, women's and junior cuts all go on the same order, and the women's versions use a women-specific chamois rather than a resized men's pad. We supply a full size chart, and a sizing set on request for a club night.
