Sponsor logos on cycling club kit — everything you need to know.

Adding sponsors to your club jerseys isn't complicated — but there are a few things worth knowing about logos, placement and design. Here's the practical guide.

Is there an extra charge for sponsor logos?

No. Adding sponsor logos to custom cycling jerseys costs nothing extra. Because we use sublimation printing — which is a full-colour digital process — the design complexity doesn't affect the price. A jersey with 8 sponsor logos costs the same to produce as one with none.

What logo files do you need?

Best: Vector files
AI · EPS · SVG · PDF

Scale to any size with no quality loss. Ideal for jersey printing. Ask your sponsor's marketing team for vector files — most businesses have them.

Good: High-res PNG
PNG with transparent background

Minimum 300dpi at the intended print size. Transparent background essential. White logos on white backgrounds won't work — we'll need a version that's visible.

Where can logos go?

Logos can go anywhere on the jersey. The most common placements for sponsor logos are:

👕
Chest (front)
Primary sponsor position
↔️
Side panels
Secondary sponsors
💪
Sleeves
Smaller logos
🔙
Back (upper)
Visible to riders behind
📦
Pocket band
Rear pocket area
🎽

Frequently asked questions

How many sponsors can I include?
As many as you like. There's no limit on the number of logos we can include in a design. In practice, most clubs include between 2–6 sponsors — more than that can start to look cluttered, but we'll advise during the design stage if we think placement is getting tight.
What if my sponsor's logo is only available as a JPEG?
We can work with JPEG files but quality may be limited depending on the resolution. We'll flag any issues during the mockup stage. The fix is usually asking your sponsor's marketing team for a PNG or vector version — most businesses have these available.
Can sponsors be different on different sizes (e.g. name personalisation)?
Yes, but this increases the setup complexity and may affect pricing. Name printing on individual jerseys — where each garment has a rider's name — is straightforward. Logos that vary garment-to-garment are more complex and we'd discuss this case-by-case.
Can I have sponsor logos on bib shorts too?
Yes. Sponsor logos can appear on bib shorts (leg panels, bib straps, waistband area) as well as jerseys. If you're ordering a full kit, we design them together to ensure consistent branding across both pieces.
