Who we are
This website is run by Gear Club Ltd, trading as My Team Kit, company no. 06702559, registered in England & Wales, registered office 1 & 2 Mercia Village, Torwood Close, Westwood Business Park, Coventry CV4 8HX. Our trading address is Unit L34, Bucks Business Centre, 1 Barton Road, Milton Keynes MK2 3HU, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. Through the quote form: your name, email address, club or organisation, phone number (optional), the kit you are interested in, an approximate quantity, a target date, your message and any files you attach, such as logos or sketches. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through that channel.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a design and a quote and, if you order, to produce and deliver your kit. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
Where it goes
The form is sent by email to our sales team. It is not stored in a database on this website, and attached files are not kept on the web server once the email has been sent. If an email cannot be delivered, the server’s technical log records your email address and club name so that we can follow up. This website is hosted by OVHcloud, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts; its security policy blocks third-party scripts. Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Trustpilot and Google Maps take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you order, for as long as we keep your design on file for reorders. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or stop using it, or to send it to you in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to sales@gearclub.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
