What is the fabric on the MTB Shorts?

Performance polyester; sublimated trail construction. Machine wash 30°C — print will not crack, peel or fade, because the design is applied by full dye-sublimation — colour bonded into the fibre. That is also why the number of colours or sponsor logos makes no difference to the price.

How do the MTB Shorts fit, and what sizes are there?

Baggy trail fit — worn over a liner or pads. Sizes: Unisex 2XS–4XL. Free size samples are available on request, and the order is then built size by size from one list your committee sends back — there are no fixed size packs to work around.

What is the minimum order for MTB club kit?

Our pricing is flexible. The best club rate applies from 10 items across the whole order, and MTB jerseys combine with shorts and accessories to reach it. MTB clubs are often smaller and less formal than road clubs, so smaller runs are quoted individually.

Is the design service free for MTB designs?

Yes, entirely. MTB design tends towards bolder graphics, camo and gradients — all of which sublimate at no extra cost. Our designers know the genre and can propose a direction rather than waiting on a finished brief.

How long from approval to delivery?

4–5 weeks from artwork approval, delivered worldwide.

Do complex graphics cost more?

No. Because everything is fully sublimated, a photographic print, a camo pattern or a six-colour gradient costs exactly the same per unit as a plain two-colour design. Sponsor logos are included as well.

Can we see a sample before ordering?

Yes, free samples are available to club committees on request — worth doing to compare the XC, trail and enduro cuts, which fit very differently.

Which cut suits a mixed club group?

The trail cut, in most cases. It is our most popular MTB jersey because the relaxed fit works across a wide range of body shapes and riding styles. XC suits racers, enduro suits gravity riders running hydration packs.
